10. Pavel Durov, a well-known Russian businessman, programmer and one of the founders of the VKontakte social network, was born in October 1984.
Currently, VKontakte is the largest social network in Runet, the most popular site on the territory of Belarus, the second most popular in Russia and Ukraine. Initially, this resource was intended mainly for the communication of students and graduates of Russian universities, only later it began to be referred to as a modern, fast and aesthetic way to communicate via the network.

Each user is suggested to register 2 accounts: one for the pet and the other for its owner. It is possible to upload photos of dogs, cats, parrots and other pets to the profile, the best photos are published on the main page of the resource. The charity plans to use the site as a platform for their business to find owners for bereaved pets. Earlier, experts from Malaysia developed a special social network “Catmoji” for cat lovers.
