According to data from the “Public Opinion” Fund, during the winter of 2012-2013, 50.1 million Russians used the Internet annually, which is 43% of the country’s adult population.
64.4 million adults visited the Internet in Russia at least once a month. The increase in monthly Internet users compared to the winter of 2011-2012 was 11%.
